I studied art therapy at Roehampton University in London. After qualifying in 2016 I moved to east Cornwall, close to the Devon border. I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
I have clinical experience of working with children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse, bereavement, trauma, attachment difficulties, identity issues and I have also worked with adults with learning disabilities. I have worked in schools, the third sector and the NHS, working mainly 1-1 but I also have experience working in groups.
For my own art work I use different printing methods, photography and mixed media. My love of the outdoors definitely flows into my work. I enjoy the paint, the soil, the clay in my hands often more than the final image/product.
